Start Over Rover does not claim that every page, third-party form, or external service is barrier-free. If you cannot use part of this website, contact the shelter and describe the page, task, and problem. Staff can provide the information another way or record the issue for correction.
Helpful details to include
Share the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology involved, and any error message you received. Do not send application answers, signatures, passwords, or payment information in an accessibility report.
Third-party services
Some tasks continue on Shelter Manager, PayPal, Amazon, or Google. Those services control their own interfaces. If an external service blocks completion, contact Start Over Rover through the channels above so the shelter can help identify another path.
